April 30th 2022 40th birthday party.

HI John,

I can’t THANK YOU enough for last night. You guys, as always, were absolutely fantastic and we enjoyed every minute of the band and DJ. It was a mega party all down to you guys so an enormous thank you. Everyone who has messaged me today have said how fabulous you all were, and seeing everyone on the dance floor was a real highlight.

Thanks so much - what a party!!!!

The duos were the perfect accompaniment for the champagne reception and Johnny and the band had our guests dancing from start to finish along with their DJ! The perfect package for a perfect day!!

23rd February 2022, Cirecester

Stop looking for a band because you have found them! Johnny took care of all the entertainment for the whole wedding. We had the acoustic duo, DJ and Johnny with his rock and roll. They were absolutely amazing! They know how to please an audience and are such lovely people to deal with. I emailed several bands before Johnny and Johnny responded almost immediately and answered all my questions quickly and professionally. Thank you so much for making my wedding so memorable.

6th November 2021

Johnny and the Zephyrs are fantastic. They were a pleasure to work with to prepare for the event and were highly flexible with many changing plans due to Covid. In the set up, they always did exactly what they said they would, but more. They hadn't played for a while due to Covid, but you could never have guessed. The whole band brought energy, fun and panache. To pull out a few members, Johnny is an excellent singer and gets the crowd going, the pianist was superb and seemed to be playing with his eyes closed and when the DJ came on every song was a classic. The whole party wanted to get up and dance on the piano!! They were the talk of the party both on the night and following - everyone loved them. I couldn't recommend them more - they are the best rock n roll cover wedding/party band I've seen and I can't wait to see them again soon.

Johnny and the Zephyrs are fantastic!!! They came and played for our wedding and got everyone dancing all night, but only on the dance floor, also on the stage and piano! Their equipment is world class, songs are classic, expert instrumentalists and lovely people. I couldn't recommend them more.

10th August 2019 - Wedding Yorkshire

Johnny and the Zephyrs really got the party going our wedding. They are real professional musicians with excellent equipment and it was nice to know I could trust in that for the big day. Their music had all age groups up and dancing and many of our guests commented on how much the band was special. Having seen them at a friend’s wedding I was delighted that they could play at mine, and they didn’t disappoint.

13th of July 2019 - Wedding The Glasshouse Surrey.

Johnny and the Zephyrs were one of the highlights of our wedding day. Their sets were amazing - great music and full of energy. Everyone was on the dance floor right until the end. On top of this, Johnny was great to work with when organising it all - always responsive and approachable, he made the process plain sailing! Thank you again Johnny and the Zephyrs for a brilliant evening of top quality music!

September 2018 - Wedding Party.

Johnny & The Zephyrs have played at both my wedding and my brother's wedding. They are superb. Everything from the planning, to the set up, to the playing is fantastically efficient and organised. The music they play is guaranteed to get everyone on the dance floor - no matter what age! At my wedding, we had one couple who said they hadn’t danced for 30 years but they couldn’t resist! A combination of playing classic songs everyone knows, to having the piano on the dance floor (quite often with people on it!!) and great showmanship gets everyone moving and smiling! They definitely top off any party, in fact they are pretty much an excuse to have a party!

30th June 2018 - Wedding Theberton House Suffolk.

You could not have a better band for a party. They have just played at our son’s wedding in Suffolk and gave everyone a great time. Very friendly and made everything easy. Justin and Emma

19th May 2018 - Wedding Kremlin Stables Newmarket.

Johnny and the Zephers did two sets of twenty three songs for our Wedding. My wife and I hardly left the dance floor for a single song, they were SO good. We absolutely loved their performance and everyone afterwards said how good they all were with great energy. The atmosphere was electric and the dance floor was packed for the whole night. They are a proper rock n roll band and mixed with their own disco made for and Incredible evening. The acoustic duo set the tone perfectly at the reception also and was well appreciated by all the guests.

10th September 2016 - Wedding Gloustershire.

Hi Johnny,

The tent's gone and the field is now returning to normal. I've started on my thank you letters, the first of which must be to you. And it's a huge one. Your band could not have done anything more to improve the party.

Johnny & The Zephyrs covered all the bases from the word go. We had lift off thanks to having good singers, instrumentalists, lighting and sound. No wonder it takes a while to set things up and I'm so glad that we went for an early set up.

From the beginning with your acoustic duo, to the finale with us all chasing you around the dance floor, plus a decent disco in between, you managed to give us all one humdinger of a party which we will never forget. My 80 year old mother danced all the way through the 1st session! Everyone, yes-everyone, was bopping away. That's because you were so good ("Johnny Be Good").

Please tell your fun band that everyone thought that Johnny and the Zephyrs were top-notch and a couple have asked for your details re hiring you for future gigs.

You were absolutely brilliant! Everyone has said how much they enjoyed themselves dancing to your rock and roll tunes! Your lighting looked great in the Divinity Schools too. Everyone was having a boogie all night long.

6th August 2016 - Birthday Party Newmarket.

From the moment the first guest arrived Johnny and the Zephrs had the evening rocking with the Echoes Acoustic Duo adding a classy backdrop to the drinks reception in the garden ...
followed by some serious rock and roll from the band after dinner entwined with some great jocking which had everyone jiving on the dance floor, on the tables all night long. Every single thank you letter remarked on how brilliant the band was.

July 2016 - Wedding, Anglesey.

The best part of the whole night. Everyone is raving about you and we are so grateful that you could travel all this way. I will INSIST that anyone I hear looking for a band hires you. You put your hearts and souls into it and you were TOTALLY TOTALLY BRILLIANT. I have never been to a better party ( even though it was my own ) We all loved you and everyone is commenting on how brilliant you were. I know you said you get everyone on the dance floor but I couldn't believe you! Even I danced all night and I hate dancing.

We couldn't have asked for a better band, they kept the whole party dancing all night. We have had many thank you letters saying that Johnny and the Zephyrs were the best wedding band they have ever danced to! Thank you to Johnny and his team for making our wedding so much fun.

Thanks so much for Saturday, the band were amazing - we couldn't have hoped for better. You saw I was going for it on the dance floor! We were also really pleased with the segue from combine harvester into our first dance - it got the desired reaction! I will definitely recommend you if anyone is looking.

Johnny and the Zephyrs… what a night! We cannot thank you guys enough, you absolutely made our party and from the moment you started playing our first dance, within minutes the dance floor was full and stayed full all night!

You are by far the best band we have ever seen and will certainly be recommending you guys to all our friends! Thank you all again, especially to Johnny’s daughter who learned our first dance and totally nailed it! Really hope we see you playing again very soon!

May 2015 - Wedding.

Just an email to say thank you SO much again,you were incredible.

You were absolutely amazing from the moment we booked you until the wedding, you were always there to answer any question I had and gracefully received all the email requests we sent through!
On the day, you were incredible; I don’t think we have spoken since or on the night to one guest who did not comment on you and how fantastic you were. One of our main aims was to have most people up dancing for the majority of the night, you got every single guest up and dancing from the moment you started playing until the moment we finished, I have had numerous comments of “oh, we thought we will just dance to this song and then go and sit down..but then we never went to sit down!” The music was brilliant, the whole performance was fabulous and you made our night, it was so much fun. I cannot praise you enough!! PBeing able to get an age gap of 30 – 70 year olds to all be up and dancing for 4 hours is certainly saying something!
I have never been to a wedding with such a brilliant band, and I am so glad that it was at our wedding that we found you! Would recommend you to anyone and everyone.
