Dear Johnny and the Zephyrs,
What can we say?! Thank you so much for making our wedding perfect!
Everyone LOVED the music and entertainment and they are all still talking about it now!
Many have said it's the best band they have ever seen at a wedding.
We had such an absolute blast, so much fun was created by you guys and it instantly helped everyone to relax, act silly and have a whole load of fun! You injected an energy into the night do that I doubt many other bands could have done.
Thank you so much for letting me dance on the piano, Jonny play Mustang Sally on the piano and having my Maid of Honour, Lynds, singing backing vocals, all these little things that have people still buzzing now! The music sounded amazing and appealed to absolutely everyone there - we had faith you'd be good but my, you definitely exceeded our expectations!
Thank you so so so much for travelling all the way down to entertain us, you certainly did and your journey was not in vain!

Jaynes 50th Birthday Party

My party on the 10th October to celebrate my 50th and my sons 18th and 21st
was absolutely awesome and everybody is still talking about the party - which is always a good sign !! You were all completely brilliant !!!
The music you play is ideal for all age groups and my kids and their friends were up their along with a friend of mine who is 85 !! When Tony brought the piano onto the floor - that was my cue for some serious showing off and dancing on top of it - it was such fun - want to do it every saturday night now !!!!
We as a family will never forget our party and huge thanks to you for making our party the best ever !!!

Grease Denplan Evening‏

Dear Johnny and assorted Zephyrs,
Just a brief note to tell you that I had an absolutely wonderful time at the
"Grease" Denplan evening last Friday.
The whole experience was fantastic, and even though I did not get to dance on the piano I enjoyed every minute you played. To be able to get all those dentists and their nurses and partners up and dancing with such enthusiasm (mostly in full fancy dress) was incredible.
I can honestly say that it was the best evening out I have had since I was at University.We all felt like teenagers again ,despite some of us having experienced
rock and roll the first time round.

AUGUSTFEST
Dear Johnny, Tony, Zac, Phil and Steve Each time we try and make Augustfest better than
previous years, and "Johnny and the Zephyrs'" really made the party start and go with a swing.
A new bar for this party has been achieved. Great and spectacular sets, with
fine musicianship all round, and a full quota of the fun factor.
It all made for fantastic partying. This is a summary of the feedback we have been
getting from the 400+ guests. They just loved you. Personally, I agree totally with all of the above
and can't thank you all enough for your efforts and flexibility and for going beyond the call of duty
into the small hours. I only hope that you enjoyed yourselves as well.
We all look forward to working with you again in December, and hope to
do much more. And if you are in the area and ever want or need anything, don't
hesitate to ask - or just drop in to say Hi!

Anyone looking to hire the best live band to complete a party should consider these guys.

30th December 2006 - Wedding Party in Tamworth
Having seen Johnny and the Zephyrs at a friend's wedding last year we just had to track them down and have them play at our wedding. We've seen lots of bands over the years and not been too impressed with the same old routines and covers of 80's & 90's classics like The B52's 'Love Shak', so it was refreshing to see such a lively and exciting band in the form of Johnny and the Zephyrs.
Admittedly 50's rock and roll isn't our first choice of music, but seeing these guys play just blows you away. They kicked off with Chuck Berry's 'Johnny B Good' of course - as I hoped they would. From then on the dance floor was packed for the whole night. They don't just do 50's music though, in fact we ended the night with Status Quo's 'Rockin all over the world', which went down a treat. They're all excellent musicians and singers, and you can tell they don't scrimp on the equipment as well. Sound and lighting were both fantastic - filled the room perfectly. Their backdrop featuring a classic Ford Zephyr set the scene nicely. Each of the band members also took the opportunity to come forward to perform their own solo's to show off their talents. The drummer's solo is amazing - is there anything he can't drum on!?
In the second half it got even more exciting. Johnny came out on to the dance floor with his guitar and played amongst all the guests, Tony rolled his piano out on to the dance floor and got the bride dancing on top of it, and the positions Mike got in to with his bass you wouldn't believe!
Since the wedding we've had no end of comments from people saying what a great night it was, particular the entertainment. They went down a storm with everyone and I can't recommend them enough. The dance floor was even packed during the sound check! If you want your party livening up we can't think of anyone better.
Thanks to all the guys in the band for making a perfect day even better.
